| Hi,
Wow its been a longgggggggggggggggggggggggggggg time since i've writen anything. Its been quite a roller coaster for me. Finding out the meaning of friendship, fixing my life to accomidate all the things i want and need. Just basicly figureing out what i want in life is what i've been doing lately.
I talk to most of you on daily basis, but some of you i havne't seen or talked too in a long time and i miss that. Life shouldn't about always working working working, but live it a little and this is what i decided that i will do as soon as i get everything back on track.
I went from looking for a job, to interview none stop for jobs, I got two offers, so which ever comes first, i'll take that as a hint and accept and move on to the next level in my professional life. One job is more travling and trade shows and even planning and what i love (the fast life) the other job is more like counceling students and helping them out (what i do for a living now) So which will suite my life style now? Do i really want to go down the fast pace life...HELLL YAAAAAAAAAA...i'm 24, why would i not want to live my life. I'm single and i'm loving it and its the best time now to enjoy what i do.
Life has been oneeeee roller coaster for me, with my mom going to the hospital and my job searching, to just plain old growing up and finding what works for ME. Its soo funny, how i was doing stuff to please other people, and it was never the case for me, i'm not a people pleaser, but for a while i was in stressful situation, trying to impress people, but guess what that doesn't work. You just live and learn that you are who you are, people will like you, some people will not, So toughhhh luck, because you can never get everyone to like youuuuu, that just impossible..
I can't say life hasn't been good to me, I'M ALIVE hamdiallah, i can say that much. But finding out that i have RHUMATOIDS arteritest (if i even spelled it right), which limist me from doing a lot in life that i enjoy doing, this is hard, but it teachs you soooooooooo much. Patience, wow, i never thought i could be taking meds for more then two days, now i'm soo organized with my meds and i take them on time and i never skip a dose...WHO would've thought meeeeee, takin meds and ON TIMEE...wooooooooooow. but ya, if anyone has RA, hit me up because i want to learn more about it, AS much as i read about it, i still dont get some of the stuff, what meds worked best? what do u do different to prevent attacks...AHHHHHHHHHHHH, questions, questions, wow a lot of questions. Im not looking for pitty, so please don't give me any, i'm a VERY strong person and i will BEAT this. But its funni because i never thought anything like this would haappen to me and subhanallah, never say never, because i got it, i'm not invsible women. Wouldn't i wish i was super man right now, but whatever, its part of a lesson life is givin me and i guess i have to just move on and live it rightttt? what doesn't kill me makes me strongerrrrrrrrr...
Alright, most of you fell asleep half way through, so i'll end it with WOAH.

wowwwwwwwwww, its been such a long time since i updated huh.
well life has been quite the busy one. I went to new york and back. New york was a lotttttttttttttttttttttttt of fun. Thanks to everyone who made it soo much fun, i had a blast partying till the sun came up and to think of it we did NOT sleep after the sun came up we went out and partied some more. who would've thought us libyan girls can break it down for five days stright with noo break and god knows with nooo sleep it was bound to catch up with us sooner or later. I know i know it all caught up with me now, but what can i say, i don't give up a weekend with my girls. Oh don't worry ladies i'm working on coming up for ldb, that should be a lot of fun.
Today I had this hugeeeeeeeeeeeee interview with this hugeee company and it went really good. I'm really happy, so for those who like to pray for strangers, your prayers are needed, I did well, but i'm not sure if the job is for me or not. So i'm going on a second interview to see how the company works, so basically the second interview is the give you an event, you work it and if you like it and they like you, you keep the job, if you don't like it and they like you, you don't keep the job SINCE YOU DONT' LIKE IT...ya it was confusing when she explained it at first, but i caught on eventually. So thats what i've been doing with my time. Job searching and keeping busy at this one i have now. Here is an advise, never leave your job till you are sure you got the other job, till you have a contract and a start day, then you can quit your job. Sometimes you are told you got the job and they end up canceling for some reason or the other, then you will be out of a job basically. YA i don't know if that made sense or not, but KEEP your job while your searching for another and don't talk to much about leaving the other job, just in case you don't leave. WOW i really need to head off to bed.
Now, i seriously can tell you guys i had some rough couple of months, so i just wanted to say thanks to couple of people who have been there for me and those people are Nadine, asma, and Chai. Omg you guys have been there when i called you crying, you've been there when i was in a bad mood, you've been there when i just needed someone to talk too. Even when i was too much, you were still there. So thanks for sticking it out. I know there is one person who just didn't and i think they know who they are and they know that they DONT deserve my friendship, because at first we were really close and then all of the sudden it wasn't convient for them to stay friends...I don't know what people think friendship is, but friendship is like marriage, it isn't 100 percent perfect, its fights, make ups, staying together, and sticking up for each other (YES EVEN WHEN YOUR MADDD at the other friend) . I think you guys get my point, so ya just wanted to say thanks to those three.... (this is a special thanks...) i appreciate everyone of my friends, but those three were just there the most in the last couple of months...
other then that, i'm just mellowing out trying to get over this darn colddd that i caught from new york a week later thats when i get a cold. Go figure. So as you guys can see, i'm very bored and i think i'm just going to take meds and go to sleep, since i have to work a longgggggggggg shift, as always. But before i work my shift, i must go check on the new job and see what they say...I'm excited, yayaya...okay okay, thats enough, i don't know if many of you got to the end of not, but hey you wanted and update, and you shall get what you want...
much loveeeeeeeeeeeeeee

RAMADON KAREEM/MUBARAKKKKKK TO EVERYONEEEE..
May Allah guide us to better our selves and become better Muslims in this holly month and always- Ameen...
THE IMPORTANCE OF RAMADAN
Ramadan is important for Muslims because it is believed to be the month during which the Holy Quran (the Muslims Holy book) was revealed by God to Prophet Muhammad (570-632 C.E.). It is also important because it is the month during which the Muslims were ordered to fast, achieving one of their spiritual satisfaction and practice.
Muslims consider the Quran to be the true words of God given to humanity through Muhammad, who is considered the last of the prophets. Muhammed was to call the people to monotheism and righteousness. This tradition of God chosen prophets or messengers is believed to include such figures as Adam, Noah, Abraham, Moses, David, and Jesus.
During Ramadan, Muslims fast from dawn to sunset every day. This means not to eat, drink or smoke during the daylight hours. For married adults, it also includes refraining from marital relations during the hours of fasting (i.e. the daylight hours). The fasting person is expected to do his best to practice self control and discipline, not to get angry easy, refrain from using harsh language or insults and to tolerate, forgive and respect others. Young children, old and sick people are not expected to fast. Older people can feed a poor person for every day they cannot fast of Ramadan. Sick people can compensate by fasting other days when they feel well. Children are permitted to fast only when they are strong enough physically to tolerate fasting without difficulty
WHY FASTING ?
Fasting has a number of benefits:
1. It allows one to build a sense of self-control and will-power, which can be beneficial throughout life in dealing with temptations and peer-pressure. Through fasting, Muslims learn to control their natural urges such as hunger, thirst and the desire to smoke and thus are able to better resist temptations for things which are not necessary, such as excessive food intake, drugs or other unhealthy or harmful substances and behaviors.
2. It helps one to feel compassion for those who are less fortunate and underprivileged, since each day one will feel greater appreciation for what he/she has as a result of feeling hunger and thirst.
3. It offers a time for Muslims to "purify" their bodies as well as their souls, by developing a greater sense of humility, spirituality and community. Ramadan is a very spiritual time for Muslims, and often they share their experience with their friends and family members. A greater sense of generosity and forgiveness is also characteristic of this time. Giving to the poor and needy and sharing one's fortune with them is expected during this month and encouraged for the rest of the year.
After Ramadan
After the end of Ramadan, traditionally there will be a very festive and joyous holiday known as Eid , the Festival of Breaking the Fast. It is celebrated for three days. Children are often rewarded with gifts, money, and sweets. Lights and other decorations mark the happy occasion.
